[SOLVED] [WHM] [cPanel] Wordpress - I don't get any images or themes to show up, just the text

If you use cPanel, sometimes you have to access an installed website without a domain, you can do this by typing the url http://ipwebsite/~cpanelusername If you try to view the website after you installed Wordpress maybe you do not get any images but just text and you can not login with success.

You must go in and change a URL in the WordPress database.

• Search database name inside the wp-config.php file 
• Use phpMyAdmin and browse table wp_options, the database entries are listed in columns and rows. 
• Select the pencil icon (for Edit) on the left for the top row (option_name is "site url") and write http://ipwebsite/~cpanelusername Once you've changed the URL, down at the bottom select the "Go" button. 
• Look for the option_name home and repeat the same operation, make the same URL change here as you did for siteurl earlier. And click the "Go" button. 

Once you change the siteurl and home, that should allow you to login to the admin page for wordpress and view your wordpress website without problems.
