How would I fix my voice chat? The problem is that SLVoice.exe fails to connect to the vivox servers. You will read the message:
To allow connecting to the voice server, you must enable SLVOICE.EXE in your Winwdos Firewall.
1) From Windows open Control Panel
2) Go to Systems and Security / Windows Firewall / Allow an app through Windows Firewall
3) can then allow the SLVOICE app
We're having trouble connecitng to your voice server:

Voice communications will not be available.
Please check your network and firewall setup.
