Right click your start button and select
Command prompt (Admin)
Type :
powercfg.exe -lastwake
press enter and see what it says it may tell you what is waking it up.
powercfg.exe -waketimers
may also give you an idea of what's allowed to wake it.
You can also try entering
control powercfg.cpl,,1
in the command prompt to access the advanced power properties. Scroll down to the "sleep" section, press the +, do the same with the "wake timers" section and then select "disable" or "important timers only".

- Go to Device Manager -> Mouse & Input Devices -> Mouse -> Right Click -> Properties -> Power Mgmt tab -> Uncheck the box
- On "power options" (type power options in the start menu, its the one with the battery and cable icon), change plan settings, change advanced power settings, in the "sleep" item disable "wake timers"
